Day 7 - Ministering in Uganda

An exciting and fruitful day. Our morning drives out to the villages were filled with rain and so we prayed for the rain to stop so we would not have to cancel the VBS. Finally just as we got close to the schools the rain stopped and everything went right on schedule. This was our last day at two of the schools so it was extra hard to say goodbye to all the kids. We left them with dozens of frisbees, soccer balls, jump ropes and other items to enjoy for the coming year till we return.

The afternoon crusades were again exciting as we saw more people come to know Jesus. The men who were throwing fire and bricks at the stage now have given their lives to Jesus and are in their right mind!! Praise God for their deliverance!!

The medical team again was able to see many children and hand out many medications to help with burns, rashes and illnesses. They provided spiritual medicine as well praying for all of the sickness to leave the patients.

Around 100 business people attended a business conference where business ethics and other biblical business practices were taught. It was great to see local business owners here the gospel and receive the teaching.

Prayer Request:

  • Final Crusades that will last into the night. Pray for safety and for hearts to be given to Jesus!
  • Final VBS at one school with 3000 kids. The parents will be coming and we will share the gospel in the final event.
