"You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise."
Deuteronomy 6:7

You shall teach them diligently... What a calling. I have so much growing to do. As I reflect on my life, I wonder, If someone followed me when I sit in my house, when I walk by the way, when I lie down and when I rise, what would they conclude? If they simply watched what I am current doing and how I am currently living, would they conclude that I am diligently teaching my kids about God and his Word?

"Lord, grant me your spirit of diligence. Cause me to be so consumed by you that it just overflows into the priority of my life every day. Lord, cause me to be diligent in teaching my kids the truth of your word. Lord, I pray that my life would be a living example of your words in action, that teaching others about you would be easy, daily, natural. Lord, I want to want you. Lord I pray that diligence would be the overflow of my love affair with you."
