Galatians 1

In Galatians 1:12 Paul talks about receiving the gospel through a revelation through Jesus Christ and not from man which reminds me that God opens the heart to the truth of Jesus. My call is to make sure I am giving the truth of the gospel and not a man centered gospel. They need the truth of Jesus. I remember having people speak the truth to me. I am glad they did not make it a man centered gospel. I have come to a greater appreciation for them because they knew I needed truth and were not worried about hurting my feelings or trying to make life seem like it was all going to be great on earth. They were more concern about my eternal security than anything else.

Father God please may the truth of the gospel be spoken clearly and accurately as You open the doors to people who do not know You. Please Father take away anything I may inadvertently add to the message. Please Father may the focus be about Your gospel and Your Son Jesus. Father I pray I will be bold in giving the truth knowing people need Jesus.
